Hey guys! Wonderin' what the post title is all about? No, not the new year. No, not Maya. I'll tell you as it goes on! So, yesterday I was invited to a little get together for New Years over at the people from apartment 27. They have 3 kids. One is 11, one is 1 and a half, and the other one is 4 months. I wanted to go so badly! The thing is, the kids were all boys. I was fine with that! So, Maya and I went with my mom over there. Owen, the eleven year old is kinda sorta rude to us. So, we kept our distance. We finally met the little boys. The 1 year old, 2 in February, boy named Declan. Declan was very outgoing and just wanted to play. Then, we met the 4 month old BEAUTIFUL baby boy, Turner. (You gettin' the post now?). So, Maya went and was playing with Declan on their play mat, and she was kind of like a teacher-mentor to him. You could tell on the spot that Declan loved her. He wouldn't want to play with anyone else like that. While my mom held Turner, I asked for a turn. She told me to sit beside her, and she gave me Turner. "Hi Turner. Hi!" I said, in a babying cooing voice. He was sooo cute. Something funny was, Owen had brown hair, Declan had blonde hair, and Turner had red hair!! I got the little red baby! So, I held Turner until he was crying. His dad, Derek took him to eat something. I went and saw Declan and Maya, and Maya showed me how much she taught him. I was very happy and shocked! I was proud of Maya that night. Then, I got to hold Turner again. This time, I stood up from the couch, leaned his head over my shoulder nicely and gentely, and carried him around. I spoke to him softly. Then, when my mom and Declan and Turner's mom went outside, Derek was carrying Turner, while I heard Declan and Maya playing in the background. Derek was asking me questions like, what school do you go to, what grade are you in, and stuff like that. Then, Turner started reaching for me, out of Derek's hands. Derek handed him to me. "Oh, hi baby!" I said, cooing to him. I loved him. I carried him to the couch and I sat him down. He started falling a bit, and I caught him. I put him on me and was bouncing him up and down. Then, Derek said he likes his play mat. So, Derek put him on the baby play mat. I talked to him. He was having a lot of fun. Then when I put my arms out, signalling I was gonna pick him up. He let go of all of his stuff, putting his arms out to me. I picked him and and carried him around for the rest of the time. Eventually, he had to go bath, and we didn't see him for a while. By the time he was out, we had to leave. Declan was sad that I was leaving, not Maya which was weird. He was hugging me and reaching for me, when Maya was holding him. Suddenly, Maya put Declan down and went to the door. He had a devistated look on his face, and there it was. He never thought Maya was leaving. He was sad, then Derek had to occupy him somehow. I said goodbye to Declan, then my baby Turner. Now, we can go back to them anytime we want to be with them. I'm officially wanting my babysitters course! I wanna babysit Turner one day! I can't wait for the day I can babysit that little one!!! Turner officially turned my road. He became The Road Turner, that night.
Now, I'm going to do a relation song for Turner. I've been listening to song number 5 in my playlist, and I'm going to do relations.
